  3. Prices shown on this website include all/any taxes and delivery prices are shown where applicable.
  4. We do ship to addresses other than UK Mainland addresses, additional postal charges apply.
  5. Payment for goods via this website can only be made using major credit/debit cards through our integrated Paypal system, which provides buyer protection.
  6. You will be advised by e-mail when your order has been completed and despatched.
  7. Wool of Many Colours is not responsible for e-mails not being delivered to you nor does it accept responsibility for the failure of receipt of e-mails you may send to us.
  8. We will advise, wherever possible, of any potential delays to orders but we have a policy of trying to ensure full satisfaction of all ordered goods within 30 days of order placement. We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to postal services, courier services, industrial action or delays in receipt of goods from suppliers.
  9. You have a right to cancel your order by contacting us via telephone within 7 days of the date you received delivery of your order if your item but you must bear the cost of the return of goods to us by secure means and ensure adequate action is taken to ensure the safe carriage of the goods. This policy is subject to following criteria:
    1. The goods supplied must be return in their original packaging and be unused and undamaged.
    2. We reserve the right of giving only a partial refund if we deem the goods returned to be in a used or damaged condition that would impact the possibility of their future sale.
    3. Goods have not been personalised, as these cannot returned.
  10. Prices shown on this website are offers of sale and we reserve the right to refuse an order in the event of a pricing error.
  11. If the goods you order are not available and will not be available within a 30 day period we reserve the right to contact you and offer a suitable alternative product which you have the right to refuse. In the event of your refusing the alternative product we will refund the amount applicable to the item in full.
  12. We do not give refunds or exchange goods that have been personalised when we have received incorrect details. In order for this not to happen, please ensure that all text, designs, and colours chosen are correct at the time the order is placed as details cannot be altered after an order is placed.
